For the fifth straight year, Bayliner Boats has received the prestigious Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award from the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA), the leading association of the recreational boating industry. In fact, Bayliner received two 2012 CSI awards from the NMMA. With this year's honors, Bayliner becomes the only fiberglass boat company in the value segment to receive at least one CSI award in five straight years. Each year, the NMMA surveys new boat owners to assess their satisfaction with their boat purchase. To receive a CSI award, a boat brand must achieve a score of at least 90 out of 100 as determined by its customers.
